Born just around
the corner on Sturton Street, Andrew Northrop runs a truly local
butchers. Having started in the profession at 16 years of age, he is now
one of most experienced butchers in Cambridge. Opening his own busniess
on Mill Road in 1999, Andrew understands the importance of delivering
great quality, locally sourced produce. With an excellent selection and
helpful staff, Andrew Northrop's embodies all that is great about the
traditional butchers.
These
guys are fantastic. I have bought everything from them from wild boar
sausages to a 91b standing rib roast. The quality of the meat is
excellent in every case as is the service which is knowledgable,
helpful and friendly.
